It is a new, simple and free application....I am trying to improve it with new updates having help from users.
This application works ONLY with Samsung android with IR LED ( IR blaster,port ).
IR LED is Infrared LED such as the LED in front side of plastic remote control.
If your android does not has IR blaster look my website for other ways via bluetooth and external hardware.
New: I added My Remote to build your remote control for your devices.
In edit text box you can insert your device IR codes pulses.
For example : 38000,346,173,22,48,22,22,22,5000. The first number 38000 is the frequency 38KHz.
Then 346,173 are pulses ON,OFF the header ( leader )...48,22 (ON/OFF pulses) are the bit 1...22,22 (ON/OFF pulses) are the bit 0.
22,5000 (ON/OFF pulses) are the final pulses.
You can find IR codes pulses from IR database ( visit my website http://www.power7.net and read about Samsung IR for IR database and press the link ).
Contains over 100,000 Infrared codes for over 2,000 different remotes from over 500 manufacturers...
Copy and paste the IR code in the edit text box, remove the numbers 1,1 and 1,1 and then press save.
It should like as the default IR pulses string in the example.
Now press the power button and your device must turn on.
Repeat for all commands you want to add to control your device.
Unfortunately the IR database not include for A/C devices IR string.
But i have now default button AC Remote with many ready brand names.
I added now basic commands Power On Cool mode and Power Off.
I will add very soon and other commands.

Press the button scanner until your A/C turn on and send me the number code and brand name of your A/C.
I will send you back the IR strings for your AC to setup My Remote AC.
I do not have all A/C brand names to test it....and I am waiting from users to reply confirmation.
It is a new and free application and I will improve it with better GUI and more brand names.
>>>Second way to add devices.
Press left bottom Samsung touch hardware button to show the pop up menu with devices.
Press "Choose Remote" and choose your device.
In order to insert another device inside the list you must create a folder /remotes in SD card or in Phone card ( for my S4 mini works on Phone card ).
Then you must put a file inside the folder with your device IR codes.

Please do not leave negative rating or review before contact with developer to solve your problem.
Also I will add IP control via WiFi for smart TV or other smart WiFi control new devices.
